Responsibilities

iLingo2.com is seeking friendly, outgoing bilingual Customer Service Representatives that will be responsible for answering a high number of inbound calls and making a high number of outbound calls. Our Customer Service agents will deliver efficient and effective services while handling all calls and building personal relationships with customers.

Salary

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Requirements

· High-School Diploma or GED

· Bilingual- fluency in spoken Spanish as well as spoken and written English a must.

· One year of office experience

· Ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 WPM.

· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet.

· Private and quiet work area ergonomically set up with a desk and chair

· Coax or Fiber upload minimum speed of 3 download x 10 upload

Full Time Schedule

Monday - Friday

9:00 am CST - 6:00 pm CST OR

10:00 am CST - 7:00pm CST

Part Time Schedule

Monday- Friday

12:00 pm CST - 5:00 pm CST

Applicant must be willing to telework as this position will require work from home and in the office.
